Hello! My flight with Southwest Airlines OAK Terminal on my latest visit was excellent. From the airport, I had a friendly and efficient reception throughout, from checking in to the drop-off of my luggage. Security was expedient and even allowed time to get a cup of coffee before my flight. Boarding and departure were systematized and hassle-free, and finding an acceptable seat was no problem through their open seating policy. The flight attendants were courteous, friendly, and attentive, and the flight was enjoyable. The flight itself was smooth and on time, demonstrating again why Southwest is such a good option for convenient travel
