Last week, I went to the JetBlue Airlines Vancouver Office to request assistance with my flight information. Because I had made my reservation online and was unsure of my seat and menu selections, I was concerned. The employees gave me a warm welcome and assisted me in checking everything. In order to save time at the airport, they also provided me with advice on how to check in online. They took their time and were really patient, which I really appreciated. I felt at ease and knowledgeable when I left the office, which was really inviting. We appreciate JetBlue for making our trip to Vancouver so wonderful.
