They promptly located my information and assisted me in printing my ticket when I visited the office. They grinned the entire time and were really courteous. I felt comfortable because of that. They also offered me advice on how to travel to Amman. I'm rather pleased with the way they handled me. Knowing that there is a team there to assist when needed is a comforting feeling.
