During the recent trip planning process for my family, the   Air Canada London Office  provided outstanding support, for which I am quite grateful. The most notable aspect was their sincere dedication to client happiness. The staff made sure everything was set up well in advance of our departure date when we required help with special meals and mobility support for one of our older family members. They replied quickly. Additionally, they called us as a courtesy, which reassured and made us feel appreciated.

Our trip got off to a good start even before we reached the airport, thanks to the London Air Canada Office. It was a welcome change to work with a group that was so dedicated to quality, and their work greatly improved our trip.
