I just had a smooth and enjoyable flight with United Airlines PHL Terminal from Philadelphia International Airport, leaving from Terminal D. The check-in counters were easily found, and the desk personnel were helpful, kind, and willing to answer any questions. I dropped off my bags quickly and with little wait thanks to a self-service kiosk that I used.

Even though the terminal was crowded, the security lines were well-organized and the procedure proceeded quickly. I found Terminal D to be tidy, well-lit, and user-friendly after passing security. Waiting was made more pleasant by the abundance of seating places, charging outlets, and some good food and drink options.

Despite the lack of a designated United Club lounge in Terminal D, there is access to a peaceful and cozy communal lounge between Terminals C and D. The boarding process was quick and organized, with clear announcements made. The gate agents handled the procedure with efficiency and courtesy.

I had a smooth and enjoyable experience flying with United Airlines at PHL Terminal D overall. Everything went perfectly, including check-in and boarding. Without a doubt, I would suggest flying with United through this terminal and would do it once more.
