  184. *   Cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to the reservations email address: info@selvatura.com.

  186. *   Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date will be refunded 100%.
  187.  
  188. *   Cancellations made less than 48 hours but up to 24 hours before the tour will be refunded 50%.
  189.  
  190. *   Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
  191.  
  192. *   No-shows will incur a 100% penalty of the reservation amount.
  193.  
  194. *   When the cancellation is due to reasons categorized as “force majeure,” it will be evaluated by the Commercial Management team, who will issue a recommendation for the General Management to approve the refund.
  195.  
  196. *   The park reserves the right to cancel the tour due to weather conditions, electrical storms, or phenomena that pose a risk to the safety of clients or staff.
