Although it could have been better, my encounter with Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal was passable. With self-service kiosks and professionals on hand to assist, the check-in procedure was simple. Although lines ran slowly because of the large number of passengers, security was effective. Although the station offered some basic amenities, there wasn't much seating and not many food options. Although communication could have been more explicit, boarding was well-organized. The crew was kind and professional, and the flight left on schedule. Legroom was limited, but the airplane was clean and had standard seating. All things considered, it was a reasonably priced trip with a few small annoyances but no significant problems.
