The staff was really friendly, and the check-in process was quick. They assisted us with adjusting things so we wouldn't have to pay more because one of our luggage was a little overweight. There was room for the kids to go about and the waiting area was tidy. Additionally, the restrooms were spotless, which is really beneficial when taking kids on vacation. Iberia seems to genuinely care about its travelers. When I go from Washington, D.C., I will most certainly use this airline once more. Sometimes it's the little things that matter.
