Our journey started at ORD's Terminal 3, which is home to Spirit Airlines. We had plenty of time to check in because we arrived roughly two hours before to our departure. The self-service kiosks were kept up and simple to operate. Some members of our group preferred the in-person experience, even though we could check in online. The kiosks made the process easy and quick, and a smiling service person helped us right away when we had a small problem with one of the boarding tickets.
