We recently had to travel from Zurich to Crete for a family wedding, and I can’t thank the Aegean Airlines Zurich Office in Switzerland  enough for their amazing service. We were a group of nine including children, grandparents, and a newborn and I was worried about managing such a large booking. But the Zurich office handled it like pros! They coordinated our seats across all legs of the journey, made sure our baby bassinet was confirmed, and even explained how to check in online for such a big group. What impressed me most was how proactive they were. They reminded us to confirm baby food preferences and informed us of family-friendly airport lounges we could use in Athens during our layover.On the day of our flight, the staff at the airport already had our information ready. They helped us get through check-in quickly and ensured our luggage (including baby gear) was tagged correctly. The flight was smooth, and we were genuinely surprised by the level of attention and hospitality. The Zurich office truly went above and beyond, and thanks to them, our family trip was joyful from the first step to the last. We’ll absolutely book with Aegean again!
