  79. It vectors me to the wrong headings wrong call sign and altitudes you name it. I just completed a 4 hour flight in the PMDG777 in P3Dv4 from Auckland to Rarotonga, had ProatcX all the way, including background ATC chatter and performed ILS at NSFA. It continues to receive major updates annually.

  85. The way Flight Simulator-X controls traffic is more or less superficial. It may be sufficient for beginners, but once you get a shade more familiar with it, you'll probably notice soon that a lot of things are missing. Flying online is better, but here you'll be on your own once there is no controller in charge for a certain frequency - and our experience is, that many frequencies are not supervised during a flight. There must be a better way... The implemented Flight Planner is able to calculate a whole route simply by defining departure and destination airports while editing a calculated route is still possible. I have bought this expensive crap. Don't loose your time with this shit. It's not a good ATC for FSX, the default one is far better. The best ATC is VOXATC, and after Radar contact. VOXATC is fareway the best, with UT2 aircrafts working with the ATC. Depending of the way you arrive at the airport it will be a vector or a STAR, like in real. I don't use my microphone with VOXATC because i don't like to speak to a computer, but you could speak to the ATC or let the virtual copilote do the job. PRO ATC is not PRO and not ATC. For now VOXATC is 10000 X better than the others.
  86. Between none of these can be a perfect substitute for real ATC. As for setting up a flight you do very little in reality. I purchased PF3 a while back and found that I had to do too much to set up a flight. Open your PRO-ATC X, go to Piece and SEARCH FOR UPDATES 4. Definitely there is a learning curve, but once set to your satisfaction you only need to update it with Navigraph or Navdatapro as needed. The aircraft flights are from current schedules. If you still arent able to find what you are u for you can try the sponsored files above they are completley free. I don't know ProATC X, but I've read both good and bad. Their vectoring need some improvement, but other than that it's my N1 choice for ATC software I purchased PF3 a while back and found that I had to do too much to set up a difference. ATC pro is not just a game.
