My experience at the Scoot Airlines New York Office was excellent. The employees there are incredibly considerate and attentive. They patiently went over all of my alternatives when I had some reservations regarding my flight timing. They made sure I was satisfied with the answer and didn't try to hurry me. I liked how simple they made it all. Everything went well and without incident. I strongly advise going to this office if you ever need assistance with your Scoot flight and are in New York. They truly go above and above to assist you.
