Hello there! My last visit to the Turkish Airlines BRU Terminal was quite hassle-free. Check-in was easy, with minimal waiting time. The people were very cooperative, even when I asked them about the baggage. The security procedure went smoothly, and the signage in several languages made it easy. I was able to access the Turkish Airlines lounge, which was a nice spot to relax with some refreshments prior to boarding. Gate staff gave clear announcements and were extremely efficient. The entire process seemed so relaxed and professional. Turkish Airlines does a great job representing themselve. Excellent flight!
