My family and I recently enjoyed a flight with 9 Air YYC Terminal and we were really pleased with the overall experience and level of service. The entire process, from check-in to boarding, was easy and hassle-free. Our experience was made stress-free by the exceptionally cordial, competent, and effective personnel at the YYC terminal.

 

The airline crew's helpfulness was the most notable aspect. They went above and above to make sure we were comfortable, especially my aging parents who required additional help. The flight attendants were attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable during the trip, and the boarding procedure was well-organized.

 

The trip was made even more pleasurable by the aircraft's cleanliness and general atmosphere. The staff was friendly and courteous, the seating was cozy, and the in-flight service was superb. Our whole family had a wonderful time, and we were very grateful for the professionalism and consideration that the 9 Air crew displayed.
