I recently visited the Cathay Pacific Brussels Office. I just have one thing to say: it was an amazing experience! People were friendly and pleasant to the touch; they greeted me as soon as I walked in and made me feel valued. Staff and gardens greet guests with spring woods. Acknowledged completely by the other party, professional, and patient Knowledgeable, they answered all of my questions, repeatedly, with clarity. The office truly made one feel welcome and was tidy and well-organized. The staff was helpful and quick to assist when I was making my reservation. I was most surprised by their turnaround time, though.
