In order to assist my son in organizing his study abroad trip to Singapore, I recently went to the Singapore Airlines Chicago Office.  As an anxious mom, I had a lot of questions about everything from health papers to baggage allowance.  The staff was really patient and nice.  They provided us with thorough printouts to refer to at a later time and guided us through every stage.  Their sensitivity was what I valued most; they made sure we were comfortable and informed because they knew how important this trip was to us.  I felt more than just a number in a line.  The entire experience was comforting and seemed very personal.  I departed with the assurance that this airline would take good care of my baby. It’s this type of attention to detail and human connection that really sets Singapore Airlines apart. We’ll definitely be back again.
