Hello, It's usually a great responsibility to plan a long trip for my parents, but the Royal Jordanian Chicago Office made it surprisingly simple. Since my parents get tired easily, their staff took me step-by-step through all of the services that are offered, particularly the airport help alternatives. They made sure priority counters were available, wheelchairs were set up on time, and someone was there to assist them with security. It felt like a great weight was lifted off my shoulders to hear my parents describe how kind the airport staff was and how at ease they were during the entire journey. In fact, the office provided more care than I anticipated.
