On arrival, baggage claim was well indicated, and my bags showed up within 10 minutes. On later departure that week, check-in was swift and coordinated. Employees at the counter were cooperative and ensured my seat and baggage requests were addressed without any difficulty. I enjoyed the tidy, comfortable waiting area by the gate with power outlets and restrooms nearby. The gate agents had a relaxed environment despite having a full flight. Boarding started on schedule and was done efficiently, without delays. For a low-cost airline, I was pleasantly surprised at the efficient service and tidy facilities. I’ll be recommending Sun Country to others looking for affordable, no-hassle travel from Orlando.
