Although it could have been better, my interaction with Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal was effective. Self-service kiosks made check-in easy, but contour lines moved slowly. Although security was somewhat swift, there were obvious delays during high hours. Although there wasn't much seating close to the gates, the terminal was clean. Announcements could have been more explicit, but boarding was well-organized. The service felt quite basic overall, but the staff was polite. There was limited seating on board, and extra fees were charged for amenities. The flight was reasonably priced and on schedule, although it could have been better with a few minor comfort and communication upgrades.
