Hello, I recently took a Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal and the journey went really well overall. Although it's not the most glitzy, Frontier's terminal is tidy and practical. Employees were courteous and on hand, assisting customers at the kiosks and responding to inquiries. Be ready because there weren't many eateries open. Although packed, the boarding area was controllable. The aircraft departed on time, and the boarding process was smooth. There are no extras, but that's to be expected with Frontier. This terminal and airline combination works well if you're looking for cheap and don't have a lot of extras. For comfort, just make a strategy in advance.
