Southwest Airlines LGA Terminal provides a simple, hassle-free experience. Although it can feel congested during peak hours, the terminal is tidy and rather easy to use. Southwest offers excellent customer service and a speedy check-in procedure. The gate's seating area is cozy enough for brief waits. It's a handy place to catch a flight with good amenities and pleasant service, despite the few dining options. One of the best things about Southwest Airlines is its family-friendly boarding process. Since Southwest offers an open seating policy, families with young children are allowed to board early, ensuring that we could find seats together. This was a huge relief, as it allowed us to settle in comfortably before the rest of the passengers boarded. Once on board, the fantastic Southwest Airlines service continued. The flight attendants were welcoming, cheerful, and attentive, ensuring that our family felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Southwest’s seating is known for its open seating policy, and thanks to early family boarding, we easily found seats together. The seats were comfortable with sufficient legroom, making the flight enjoyable for both adults and kids. One of the highlights of flying with Southwest was the in-flight entertainment. Even though there were no seat back screens, Southwest offers free live TV, movies, and Wi-Fi streaming through personal devices. Our kids were engaged with cartoons and family-friendly movies, making the flight experience smooth and pleasant. Additionally, Southwest Airlines offers complimentary snacks and drinks, which added to the overall enjoyable experience. The variety of beverage choices, along with pretzels and crackers, was a great touch, especially for our children.
