Hi, Flying out of Atlanta on Southwest Airlines ATL Terminal was a truly smooth experience. My family and I were taking a weekend getaway to, and we were surprised at how efficient everything was. We arrived at the terminal early, and check-in was quick due to the self-service kiosks. Security lines can be grueling, but this time they passed fairly quickly. The Southwest terminal itself was tidy, light, and well-marked, so we never got lost. We did have a wait, but there were lots of food choices and seating around the gate. The employees were extremely friendly, joking around a bit and even assisting us in finding a nearby charging station. Boarding was typical Southwest—group boarding flew by, and we even managed to grab good seats. Overall, it felt like a calm and efficient experience, which is saying something for one of the busiest airports in the world. We’d definitely fly Southwest again!
