My Turkish Airlines ATH Terminal experience was made all the more special due to the great food and shopping facilities present. Being an avid shopper of airport stores, I was delighted to see the variety here, both exciting and diverse. Ranging from Greek local souvenirs to high-end brands, the terminal had ample choices for last-minute shopping. The food court was just as impressive, with a variety of international as well as traditional Greek cuisine. I picked up a tasty pastry and coffee that definitely hit the mark. The sitting areas close to the food court were tidy and roomy, ideal for an enjoyable break prior to boarding. All was moderately priced for an airport, and the employees of both stores and restaurants were amazingly friendly and assistive. This terminal really knows the traveler's desire for comfort and enjoyment and delivers it so well. Whether eating or shopping, I really enjoyed my wait here.
