I recently went to the KLM Airlines Buenos Aires Office with my companions. We wanted to inquire about additional baggage and seat upgrades. The employees were extremely friendly and happily responded to all of our inquiries. They were understanding and provided us with helpful travel advice. The office was easy to find, clean, and had a fresh look. They even provided us with the best airport advice and lounge access information. We were pleased with the service and the way we were handled. We will definitely return the next time we travel with KLM because it was a wonderful experience.
