I was pleasantly impressed by how easy my recent flight with Frontier Airlines MCO Terminal was. The self-service kiosks and competently manned counters made the check-in process easy and quick. I was able to navigate the terminal with ease because of the well-organized security and obvious signs. I enjoyed my wait because of the cozy seating spaces with free Wi-Fi and charging outlets. I had a filling supper before boarding thanks to the variety of eating options, which included both quick-service and local favorites. Clear announcements and courteous staff assisted travelers during the orderly boarding process. All in all, my experience flying with Frontier Airlines through DTW's Evans Terminal was pleasant and stress-free. The flawlessly planned event demonstrated Frontier Airlines' commitment to providing excellent customer service. I'll take another flight with them.
