Although there was room for improvement, my encounter with British Airways ADD Terminal was positive. Passengers were efficiently assisted by skilled and amiable workers during the seamless check-in process. However, there were delays because security was sluggish and a little disjointed. In addition to having few dining options and little space, the terminal's erratic Wi-Fi made it challenging to stay connected. Although a little confusing at first, boarding was eventually handled efficiently. British Airways' cabin personnel was attentive, the seats were comfy, and the in-flight entertainment was good. Although the airline provided excellent service, there was room for much improvement in the terminal experience.
