Before boarding, the Etihad lounge offered a cozy and tranquil area with first-rate amenities. With clear announcements and helpful staff assisting passengers effectively, boarding went smoothly. The service was excellent overall, and it made my trip enjoyable from beginning to end. If I ever had to fly through Bangkok again, I would most certainly use Etihad Airways.
