Hello! I've always found Boston Logan Southwest Terminal to be rather relaxing. As a frequent traveler, I value the terminal's simplicity and lack of stress. In contrast to some of the larger terminals, it doesn't feel overpowering and offers free Wi-Fi and areas for charging your gadgets. Even when things get busy, the Southwest staff is always happy and friendly, making them some of the friendliest airline employees I've ever met.
