I recently visited Frontier Airlines Vancouver Office and was disappointed with the experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, causing long wait times. The office was also poorly organized, making it difficult to navigate. Despite the affordable fares, the lack of customer service and chaotic environment left a lot to be desired. I hope Frontier improves their office operations to better assist travelers.
