My time at the Air France Bangkok Office was excellent. In my experience, the personnel was incredibly cordial, competent, and helpful. They responded to my request to modify my scheduled flight in a timely and courteous manner. Clean, conveniently placed, and welcoming, the office immediately makes me feel comfortable. We really valued individualized care and attention to detail. They made sure I left with total peace of mind and made the extra effort to respond to all of my questions. I would strongly suggest this office to anyone taking an Air France aircraft from Bangkok.
