I just flew with SAS Airlines LHR Terminal, and my experience at Terminal 2 was seamless. The personnel was helpful and kind, and check-in was swift. There were lots of places to get coffee or something to eat while waiting, and security proceeded more quickly than anticipated. The terminal itself is modern, spotless, and simple to use. The atmosphere was efficient and serene, and boarding was well-organized. Overall, a good experience; I would definitely travel SAS from Heathrow again.
