The actual flight was pleasant and comfortable, with first-rate service all along the way. Once inside the terminal, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-designed it was. The comfortable seating areas provided plenty of space for us to sit and relax, while the large windows offered great views of the runways. SFO is known for being traveler-friendly, and we certainly felt that while waiting for our flight.
