Excellent customer service is provided by the Air France Accra Office. They were really helpful when I went there to inquire about flight adjustments. They offered me the greatest suggestion after checking everything. The employees were courteous and articulate. In no way did I feel hurried. They were continually grinning and allowed me time to make up my mind. I was treated like a valued client. Additionally, the office is pleasant and kept up. Everything was completed with professionalism. These days, such a service is hard to come by. When I'm flying from Accra, I'll always choose Air France.
