I went to the Delta Airlines Phoenix Office in the hopes of finding some answers after a flight was delayed. I was worn out and stressed, but the office experience made me feel better. The woman at the counter acted quickly and with empathy. She soothed me through the entire process and got me on every other aircraft that was available. When you're stuck in a travel disaster, it's not always easy to feel heard and supported, but I did. It greatly eased a difficult day.
