Our family vacation was almost ruined when another airline canceled our flight last minute. In a state of panic, we visited the Cathay Pacific Calgary Office, hoping for a solution. To our surprise, their team swiftly found us an alternative flight at a reasonable price. They worked with such efficiency and professionalism that we were able to secure our seats, including special arrangements for our toddler. Their understanding of our situation and quick action saved our long-awaited trip. Beyond just booking, they took the time to explain baggage policies, travel restrictions, and even recommended a great layover option to make our journey more comfortable.
