I went to inquire about special help for my elderly mother at the Air Burkina Paris office.  The woman who assisted me was really patient and sympathetic.  She listed all the things they could offer, such as help at the airport and wheelchair support.  We were so considerate that we even used a brochure to test the seat arrangement!  In customer service these days, it's uncommon to feel heard and respected.  The office was not ostentatious, but its sincere service more than made up for its lack of style.  I left with all the knowledge I required and, most significantly, the assurance that my mother would be cared for while traveling.
